With future proofing in mind, our strategy was to ensure a product that could be easily updated and managed internally without compromising on complexity or aesthetics. We understood the need for manual updates in areas such as accommodation vacancies and the need for customisable navigational experiences across the site in multiple ways.
We developed a more cohesive Information Architecture, creating tools for locations and accomodation and approaching mobile first.
The first phase of the site was launched in 2020, incorporating their refreshed brand look. Over the last couple of years we have continued to make UX updates, developed additional features and expanded the brand application. Currently phase 2, with a better search, filter and map experience, to be launched.
